An important message from Consolidated Theatres regarding our ongoing response to COVID-19

To valued guests:

In light of the ongoing concerns regarding COVID-19, in line with the direction, regulations and recommendations of federal, state and local government authorities, we are temporarily closing to the public until further notice, effective Tuesday, March 17, 2020. The health and well-being of our guests and our theater teams is our top priority, and we believe that this step will be the most effective way to both retain that priority and mitigate the spread of COVID-19.

If you have purchased advance tickets on our Consolidated Theatres website or mobile app for a movie that will be impacted by our closure period, you will receive a refund for both the cost of your ticket and the online service fee. If you purchased via any third-party platform, including Fandango, refunds will be processed by that third party.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding during this challenging time. We will keep you informed as to when we will reopen. We very much look forward to having you, your family and our community back in our theatres to experience the magic of the movies!

Mahalo for your kōkua!
