Safety Procedures for VIP Screenings & Gaming Rentals

Consolidated Theatres is adopting new policies and procedures in order to provide all of you, and all our staff, with the safest possible experience for events, following federal, state and local guidelines. Here’s a breakdown of what to expect when you visit the theater for your VIP screening or Gaming Rental, and some things to remember before you arrive!

  • Before you visit the theater:
    • Prevention starts at home! If you’re not feeling well, have a fever or temperature above-average, or if you’ve been in contact with someone who has COVID-19, please stay safe & skip the trip to the theatre, and we’ll look forward to seeing you back at the theater once you’re feeling better!
    • Don’t forget your face masks! Upon entry, all guests will be required to have on a face covering. But don’t worry, once you’re sitting in the auditorium you are welcome to take off your mask to enjoy all your favorite snacks & beverages! 😊
  • 6-feet social distancing:
    • Your private VIP screening or gaming rental provides you with social distancing at its finest, with an auditorium just for you and your friends or family!
    • Please remember to keep 6-feet of distance between yourself and anyone who does not live in your household!
    • When interacting with staff, please maintain a safe, 6-feet of distance, and don’t forget to wear your face covering when you approach a staff member!
  • What to expect from our staff:
    • Our staff members will be wearing gloves and face coverings to keep them, and you, safe!
    • Our staff will be socially distancing from one another, even behind the concession stand!
    • A dedicated staff member will act as your host throughout your event. They will provide you with beverage refills, and deliver any a la carte food or drink items you order, directly to your auditorium!
  • Other preventative measures:
    • Hand sanitizer stations will be placed throughout the building
    • We’ll be doing increased cleaning and sanitization, especially of high touch-points, and inside auditoriums!
    • No cash accepted! Credit, debit or gift cards only.
